1 After these things, and the establishment thereof, Sennacherib king of Assyria came, and entered into Judah, and encamped against the fenced cities, and thought to win them for himself.
2 And when Hezekiah saw that Sennacherib was come, and that he was purposed to fight against Jerusalem,
3 He took counsel with his princes and his mighty men to stop the waters of the fountains which were without the city: and they did help him.
4 So there was gathered much people together, who stopped all the fountains, and the brook that ran through the midst of the land, saying, Why should the kings of Assyria come, and find much water?
5 Also he strengthened himself, and built up all the wall that was broken, and raised it up to the towers, and another wall without, and repaired Millo in the city of David, and made darts and shields in abundance.
6 And he set captains of war over the people, and gathered them together to him in the street of the gate of the city, and spake comfortably to them, saying,
7 Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him:
8 With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the Lord our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.

Glory to God. The Lord God is like none other for He is not a human being, but a Spirit. This is something we must remember when we serve and engage Him in any battle. For we can error and reduce God to the man He created, or exalt the power of the creation or the Creator. John 4:24 says, “God is a Spirit” so when He fights for us, He fights can fight with visible and invisible and both He can hide if He desires from every eye. Thus, the Holy Spirit reminds us today of a battle He fought in Bible days.

It was in the days of Hezekiah that a king came against Jerusalem and the Word says this king “entered into Judah, and encamped against the fenced cities, and thought to win them for himself.” So, God gave Hezekiah a strategy of how to protect themselves and this strategy involved stopping all the fountains and the brook of water that ran through the land. In addition, Hezekiah scanned the cities and identified walls, buildings, and towers that were broken down, and he repaired them. It seems, he wanted to remove any place for the enemy to hide or set us a fort in the land. He also began to prepare the people for war in the event they had to fight by assigning captains over the people, so they would be prepared the moment there was an invasion.

However, the most important thing Hezekiah did was encourage the people in the Lord their God. He told them to stay strong and courageous and to remember-with the Assyrian rising up against them-he only had the arm of flesh as his help. But with us, with Jerusalem-he told them they have to the Lord God to help them. They had the Spirit who is God fighting their battles and dwelling in the midst of them. He reminded them while others depended on the arm of flesh, that Jerusalem depended on God to fight their battles. And because of this they were not to be afraid of this king who was rising up his head against them, nor the multitude who had joined in to help. They were to be strong and courageous for there were more with them (invisible helpers) than with those who trusted in the arm of the flesh.

Reflecting on this passage, as children of the Most High-have we forgotten who God is? Have we forgotten that God is a Spirit? Have we forgotten, yes men have an arm of the flesh, but they can’t win a battle that God won’t allow them to win. The Lord God is with you-not to just be in your midst, but to help you. Therefore, whenever faced with war, we as people of God must remember we have a Spiritual helper who controls the one we are afraid of. We have a Spiritual helper who will engage Himself to fight our battles for us. Therefore, know every dart that comes down-they all aren’t because man brought or shot them down. Some darts that fall are because the invisible Hand of God pushed them down and out.

So, find faith in the Words of Hezekiah because we serve the God of Hezekiah. All you do is be strong and courageous. Be not dismayed or afraid for God has dispatched all over the nations His spiritual helpers that eyes can’t see, nor ears hear. He has entered the battles of our lives to fight them. Cry out to your God for He is a very present help in the time of trouble. Cry out to God to employ His Host of Heaven to help you overcome and for Him to save Jerusalem. For Psalm 41:13 says, “Blessed be the Lord God of Israel from everlasting, and to everlasting. Amen, and Amen.” God has declared He is the Lord God of Israel therefore He will protect what He is God over.
ואמיצים. אל תיבהלו ואל תפחדו כי שלח אלוהים לכל הגויים את עוזריו הרוחניים אשר עיניים לא רואות ואוזניים לא שומעות. הוא נכנס למלחמות חיינו להילחם בהם. צעקו אל אלוהיך כי עזר הוא בעת צרה. צעקו אל אלוהים שישמש את צבאו השמים כדי לעזור לכם להתגבר ולהושיע את ירושלים. כי תהילים מא, יג אומר: "ברוך ה' אלוהי ישראל מעולם ועד עולם. אמן ואמן." אלוהים הכריז שהוא ה' אלוהי ישראל, לכן הוא יגן על מה שהוא אלוהים עליו.
Prayer:
Father, give us the strength to be strong and the tenacity to be courageous. Where there is fear, take it away and help us to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Let us not be dismayed for no matter the situation-You, oh God has promised to help us, and we will rely on You to fight our battles. Let us not be like others who place their trust in the arm of the flesh, but let us place our trust in You. For our deliverance will be not by might, nor by power, but by Your Spirit saith the Lord of Hosts. Let Your Spirit move oh, God. Let Your Spirit come down on our behalf. When we fall, let Your Spirit lift us up. Let Your Spirit, oh Lord of Host-enter into the battles against us and give us victory. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

13 Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel; I made a covenant with your fathers in the day that I brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondmen, saying,
14 At the end of seven years let ye go every man his brother an Hebrew, which hath been sold unto thee; and when he hath served thee six years, thou shalt let him go free from thee: but your fathers hearkened not unto me, neither inclined their ear.
15 And ye were now turned, and had done right in my sight, in proclaiming liberty every man to his neighbor; and ye had made a covenant before me in the house which is called by my name:
16 But ye turned and polluted my name, and caused every man his servant, and every man his handmaid, whom he had set at liberty at their pleasure, to return, and brought them into subjection, to be unto you for servants and for handmaids.
17 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Ye have not hearkened unto me, in proclaiming liberty, every one to his brother, and every man to his neighbor: behold, I proclaim a liberty for you, saith the Lord, to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine; and I will make you to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.
20 I will even give them into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of them that seek their life:

Glory to God. The Spirit of the Lord reminds His people of this covenant Word written in the Word of God. It says, “Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel; I made a covenant with your fathers in the day that I brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondmen, saying, At the end of seven years let ye go every man his brother an Hebrew, which hath been sold unto thee; and when he hath served thee six years, thou shalt let him go free from thee: but your fathers hearkened not unto me, neither inclined their ear.”
תהילה לאל. רוח ה' מזכירה לעמו את דבר הברית הזה הכתוב בדבר אלוהים. נאמר: "כה אמר ה' אלוהי ישראל: כרתתי ברית את אבותיכם ביום הוצאתי אותם מארץ מצרים מבית עבדים לאמר: מקץ שבע שנים שלחתם איש את אחיו העברי אשר נמכר לך, ועבדך שש שנים ושלחת אותו ממך חפשי; ולא שמעו אבותיכם אלי ולא הטיאו את אזניהם."
You know, when God makes a covenant it is not something He forgets. Rather, if it was in Bible days, or in our day-His covenant He will not break. And sometimes trouble arises not because it is the wickedness of the devil, but it could be because we are out of order regarding something that is very important to God. And such is His covenant of liberty. Which precisely states the allotted time a person must serve before God demands they must be set free.

Now I am not a Bible scholar on this Word, nor do I know the ways and customs of the land. But what I do know is the voice of God and what He is telling me to share with you. I don’t know where the violations of this is, by whom they are being done, or how it’s being done. But it is a Word God desired for me to share with you and God did attach penalties when this Word wasn’t obeyed.

Lord, help us for neither of these things should we desire! Let us look deep in our souls and see if we, as individuals, are in error of transgressing this covenant of the Lord. Who do we have in subjection under us and the Lord desires for them to be free? Who have we enslaved with unforgiveness, hatred, and envy? Who has a debt that we refuse to forgive knowing we are only blessed because God has been good to us? Let us consider our ways.
אלוהים, עזור לנו לאף אחד מהדברים האלה אם לא נחפוץ! הבה נביט עמוק בנשמותינו ונראה אם אנו, כפרטים, טועים בהפרת ברית זו של ה'. מי אנו כפופים לנו וה' חפץ בו שיהיה חופשי? את מי שיעבדנו בחוסר סליחה, שנאה וקנאה? למי יש חוב שאנו מסרבים לסלוח עליו בידיעה שאנו מבורכים רק משום שאלוהים היה טוב אלינו? הבה נבחן את דרכינו.
Please know, God announces things before they happen to give us a chance to make things right before Him. He says in Isaiah 46:10, “Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure.” When God proclaims liberty, people must be free. And His liberty includes ways you may not think about such as, giving people liberty from holding them hostage in your heart. I don't know the mind of God, but I'm watching His Words as we near a pivotal turn in this world. God is proclaiming liberty-everyone to His neighbor. He is giving those who will not listen a warning of what shall hit their house if they disobey. Who can afford to be given into the hand of the enemy? Beloveds, not one of God’s children!

Therefore, prevent this Word from coming to pass and do what is right in the eyes of God. Cover your house and don’t pollute His Name by having those in servitude to you and God says their time is up. The Lord God is a God of liberty for all His people just as you have enjoyed His liberty. Here the Word of the Lord, hearken, and obey. Ask the Lord-Father, please reveal to me where this Word applies in my life. If there is anyone I haven’t let go free-reveal it to me now, so I can be in obedience to Your Word. In Jesus name, Amen.

Prayer:
Father, we thank you for your merciful kindness. Father, uphold Your Word in this earth and show the land You know how to let all Your people go and be free. Release Your angels to fight for us so we can be restored to a place of rest and liberty. Father, we ask You today to have mercy on us and defend us. Defend us in the church; defend us on our jobs and homes; defend our children; defend us from the secret things being lodged to sabotage our destiny, peace, liberty, and our rightful inheritance in You. Defend us from the secret things and the craftiness and intelligence of the princes and gods of this world. Father, defend our nation. Let Thy kingdom come and Thy will be done in our lives now and forever more. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

4. And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.
5. And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
6. But ye shall be named the Priests of the Lord: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.
ישעיהו ס"א:4-6 4 ויבנו את החרבות הישנות, הקימו את החרבות הראשונות, וערים חרבות יקנו, חרבות דורות. 5 ועמדו זרים ורעו את צאניכם, ובני נכר יהיו לחרשיכם ולכורמכם. 6 ואתם תקראו כהני יהוה, משרתי אלהינו יקראו לכם, רכוש גויים תאכלו, ובכבודם תתפארו.
The eyes of the Lord are upon His Holy Mountain and His ears are open to your prayers.
Thus saith the Lord God, “No oppressor shall pass through them anymore for now I have seen with My eyes.” The oppressors may be saying what they are going to do and when, but remember-God is the God of the oppressor as well, and there is no oppressor or oppression like the Lord God can create.
עיני ה' אל הר קדשו ואוזניו לתפילותיכם. כה אמר ה' יהוה: "לא יעבור עוד צורר בהם כי עתה ראיתי בעיניי." הצוררים אולי אומרים מה הם הולכים לעשות ומתי, אך זכרו - אלוהים הוא גם אלוהי הצורר, ואין צורר או צורר כפי שיכול ה' יהוה לברוא.
The plan of the Lord that is written cannot be extinguished regardless the trouble that arises. Although arrows may fly by day and terrors lift up their head in the night-the Lord your God has feathers that will cover you and under His wings shall You trust! For His Truth and His Truth alone shall be Your shield and buckler. He is your present help in the time of trouble and although you may see things being wasted around you-the Lord your God says, “ You shall build the old waste and raise up the former desolations. You shall repair the waste cities and the desolations of many generations.” So, know-the Lord doesn’t deny a degree of waste and desolation will come, but He will release to you the grace and resources to rebuild and repair.
תכנית ה' הכתובה אינה יכולה להיכבות למרות הצרה שתתעורר. אף על פי שחצים יעופו ביום ואימה תרים את ראשם בלילה - ליהוה אלוהיך נוצות יכסו אותך ותחת כנפיו תבטח! כי אמתו ואמתו לבדה תהיה מגןך ומגן. הוא עזרך בעת צרה, ואף על פי שתראה דברים מתבזבזים סביבך - יאמר ה' אלוהיך: "תבנה את החרבה הישנה ותקים את החרבות הראשונות. תתקן את הערים החרבות ואת החרבות של דורות רבים." לכן, דעו - ה' אינו מכחיש מידה מסוימת של חרב וחורבן תבוא, אך הוא ישחרר לכם את החסד והמשאבים לבנות מחדש ולתקן.
Therefore, remember His Word from Psalm 139 which says:
Thou has beset me behind and before, and laid Thine hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
Whither shall I go from Thy Spirit? or whither shall I flee from Thy presence?
If I ascend up into heaven, Thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, Thou art there.If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
Even there shall Thy hand lead me, and Thy right hand shall hold me.
If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
Yea, the darkness hides not from Thee; but the night shines as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to Thee.For Thou has possessed my reins: Thou has covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise Thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are Thy works; and that my soul knows right well.
לכן, זכרו את דברו מתהילים קל"ט, האומר: הקפתני מאחור ולפניך, ותחתני ידך עלי. נפלאה ממני ידיעה כזו, גבוהה היא, לא אוכל להגיע אליה. אנה אלך מרוחך, ולאן אברח מפניך? אם אעלה השמים, שם אתה; אם גיהנום אעשה משכבי, הנה אתה שם. אם אקח כנפי שחר, ושכנתי בקצה ים, גם שם תנחיני ידך, וימינך תחזיקני. אם אמר, אם חושך יכסה אותי, גם הלילה יהיה אור סביבי. גם החושך לא יסתתר ממך, כי הלילה יאיר כיום, החושך והאור שוים לך. כי אתה כליותי, כסתני בבטן אמי. אודה לך, כי נפלא ונפלא נעשיתי, נפלאות מעשיך, ואת זאת נפשי יודעת היטב.
In Jesus name, may the Spirit of the Lord and presence of the Most High God be your portion.
בשם ישוע, מי ייתן ורוח ה' ונוכחות האל העליון יהיו חלקך.
Prayer,
O Lord You have searched us and You have known us. You know our downsitting and our uprising; You understand our thoughts afar off. We will praise You with our heart and worship You. We will praise Your Name for Your lovingkindness and for Your Truth all the days of our lives. For You Have magnified Your Word above all Your Name so in Your Word will we trust. And though we walk in the midst of trouble-You will revive us. You shall stretch forth Your Hand against the wrath of our enemies, and Your Right Hand shall save us. Oh Lord God, revive us this day and let the saving strength of Your Right Hand be our help now and forevermore. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
תפילה, ה' חקרנו וידענו. אתה יודע ישיבתנו וקומינו; אתה מבין מחשבותינו מרחוק. נהללך בלבבנו ונסגוד לך. נהלל שמך על חסדו ועל אמתךכל ימי חיינו. כי הגדלת דברך על כל שמך לכן בדברך נבטח. ואם נלך בתוך צרה תחיהנו. תושיט ידך על חרון אויבינו ויד ימינך תושיענו. ה'אלוהים, החייהנו היום ותהיה כוח ישועת ימינך לעזרתנו מעתה ועד עולם. בשם ישוע אנו מתפללים, אמן.

Daniel 4:4-5; 13-17;25
4 I Nebuchadnezzar was at rest in mine house, and flourishing in my palace:
5 I saw a dream which made me afraid, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me.
13 I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a Watcher and an holy one came down from heaven;
14 He cried aloud, and said thus, Hew down the tree, and cut off his branches, shake off his leaves, and scatter his fruit: let the beasts get away from under it, and the fowls from his branches:
17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.
דניאל ד':4-5; 13-17 4 אני נבוכדנצר שָׁלַח בְּבֵיתִי וְשָׁגַל בְּהֵימִי. 5 חָלוֹם חָרִיאִי אֶת־מַחֲשָׁבוֹת עַל־מִשְׁבִּי וְחֻזּוֹנֵי רֹאשִׁי הִבְעִידוּנִי. 13 חֲזִיא בְּחֻזּוֹנֵי רֹאשִׁי עַל־מִשְׁבִּי וְהִנֵּה שֹׁמָחִים יָרַד מִן־הַשָּׁמַיִם. 14 וַיֹּאמֶר כֹּה כְּתִיבוּ אֶת־הָעֵץ וְכָתְרוּ עַנְפָיו וְנַעֲלָיו וְפִזְּרוּ פְרִיו. בְּצַת שֹׁמְרִים הוּא הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה וְדִבֵּר קְדֹשִׁים לְמַעַל־הַקָּדֹשׁ יִתְמַשְׁרוּ.
In recent days, the Lord has been talking of a destruction coming to Babylon, and I told you-where there is a Babylon, there will also be the person of a Nebuchadnezzar. Well, here it is. The Holy Spirit shifts His attention to the one who rules over Babylon, the Nebuchadnezzar of this day. For the Nebuchadnezzar of Daniel's day has been long gone for years. However, the Holy Spirit continues to sit in this text so that we will know-there is another form of Nebuchadnezzar that has risen up. And if God says there is a Nebuchadnezzar ruling today, there is a Nebuchadnezzar in power today in HIS eyes.
בימים האחרונים, אלוהים דיבר על חורבן שיבוא לבבל, ואמרתי לכם - היכן שיש בבל, יהיה גם דמותו של נבוכדנצר. ובכן, הנה היא. רוח הקודש מסיטה את תשומת ליבו אל זה ששולט בבבל, נבוכדנצר של ימינו. כי נבוכדנצר מימי דניאל איננו מזמן מזה שנים. עם זאת, רוח הקודש ממשיכה לשבת בטקסט זה כדי שנדע - יש צורה אחרת של נבוכדנצר שקמה. ואם אלוהים אומר שיש נבוכדנצר ששולט היום, יש נבוכדנצר בשלטון היום בעיניו.
A Nebuchadnezzar is described in scripture as an individual who is seen as a king or ruler-to all people, nations, and languages who dwell in the earth. This can also be interpreted as an individual king who is known to all people, nations, and languages who dwell in the earth. And as God has been saying for some years now-Nebuchadnezzar will come down.
נבוכדנצר מתואר בכתובים כאדם הנחשב למלך או שליט - לכל העמים, האומות והלשונות היושבים בארץ. ניתן לפרש זאת גם כמלך יחיד המוכר לכל העמים, האומות והלשונות היושבים בארץ. וכפי שאלוהים אומר כבר כמה שנים - נבוכדנצר יירד.
Everything this Nebuchadnezzar accomplished was because of the Lord. But he messed up and begin to think he was God. So, God showed him first through a dream what would become of him. And the one who was in power enough to be a king of all nations, was brought to fear simply by a dream he saw. He said himself, " I saw a dream which made me afraid." I told you before-God has many ways to get our attention. He doesn't have to move mountains, or cause something public to happen. He can speak loud and clear through dreams and turn someone's world upside down. Likewise, He can simply put someone to sleep-a state where your body is not even in your control, nor can any person control what is going on. Yes, He doesn't have to send fire from Heaven, but simply-put us to sleep and show us what will happen in our lives. He can put us to sleep and the fear and terror of God can disrupt our lives without even a touch.

Thus, saith the Lord, the Watcher, again to the Nebuchadnezzar of this day. It is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones. To the intent that the living may know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomsoever HE will, and sets up over it the basest of men.
כה אמר ה' צופה עוד אל נבוכדנצר היום הזה: בגזירת צופים ובדבר קדושים דרישה. למען ידעו החיים כי עליון מושל בממלכת האדם, ונתנה לאשר יחפוץ, ואת שפלות האדם מקים עליה.
What He has spoken in His Word has already begun with this Nebuchadnezzar or the Nebuchadnezzar's. The Lord is already hewing down the tree and doing everything written in Daniel 4. The mouth of the Lord has spoken-it shall come to pass. They will drive Nebuchadnezzar from the people.
מה שדיבר בדברו כבר התחיל עם נבוכדנצר הזה או עם נבוכדנצר. ה' כבר כורת את העץ ועושה
את כל מה שכתוב בדניאל ד'. פי ה' דיבר - היה. הם יגרשו את נבוכדנצר מן העם.
This is the Word of the Lord:
That they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, till thou know that the Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever He will.
כִּי יְגָרְשׁוּךָ מֵאֶל־הָאָדָם וְעִם־חַיָּת הַשָּׂדֶה תִּהְיֶה שְׁכֹנְתֶךָ וְאֹכְלֶךָ עֵשׁוּב כְּבָקָר וְטַל־הַשָּׁמַיִם יִרְטִיבוּךָ וְשִׁבְעָה עָתִים יַעֲבַרְךָ עַד־תַּדַּע כִּי־הָעֶלֶיון שָׁלוֹן בְּמַלְכוּת־הָאָדָם וְלָאֲשֶׁר חָפֹץ יִתֵּן אֹתָהּ.
Prayer:
Father, we worship You and You alone. There is none other God but You, and to You alone be all the glory, honor, and admiration. Father, we pray-be our King and be the King. Let Thy Kingdom come; Let Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Lord, give us this day our daily bread. As we go in and out today-be with us; guide, protect, and lead us in the direction we should go. We come boldly to the throne of grace and ask for Your help today. We ask for Your rain and showers of blessings. Father, please be merciful to us. Mercy, Lord. Lord-please have mercy on us. In whatever situation we have before You today-Father remember You are merciful and Your mercies endure forever. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
